Routine ( non urgent )Appointments
Routine appointments are booked on a first come first served basis.
These are ‘same day’ appointments for urgent medical problems that cannot wait. Please call before 10.30 to book. These appointments can fill up quickly- calls after 10.30 will be assessed by the Duty Doctor for urgency. Depending on the nature of the problem, it may not always be possible to see you on the same day.
Please be aware that the Doctor has asked the reception team to ask the reason for your call. This is to make sure you are booked in with the most appropriate Health Professional and to ensure that we can prioritise the most unwell or vulnerable patients.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
